Dr. Conrad grew up in Covington, Georgia. He received his Bachelor of Science degree and his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from the University of Georgia. Following veterinary school, he completed a one-year small animal rotating internship and a one-year small animal surgery and anesthesia internship at Wheat Ridge Animal Hospital in Wheat Ridge, Colorado. His professional interests include soft tissue and orthopedic surgery, minimally-invasive laparoscopic surgery, anesthesia, neurology, and internal medicine. Dr. Conrad lives in Missoula with his wife, Dana, their daughter, Penelope, and their son, Gus. They have 2 dogs, Otter and Teddy, two cats, Oliver and Birdie, and a flock of backyard laying hens named Dinosaur, Monster, Henny Penny, June Carter Cash, and Aretha Franklin. When he isn’t working, Dr. Conrad loves to spend time with his family traveling and enjoying all the fun outdoor activities that Montana has to offer.
