Street Dog Coalition

Our team spent some time at the local Poverello shelter here in Missoula donating their time and supplies to help the pets of those in need.
Started in Fort Collins, CO and with teams across the United States, the Street Dog Coalition provides free medical care and related services to pets of people experiencing, or at risk of, homelessness. Using a ‘One Health’ approach to street medicine, the Street Dog Coalition cares for the lives on both ends of the leash. Dr. Conrad has been the Missoula Team Leadfor the Street Dog Coalition since June of 2020, and with generous donations of time from Pruyn Staff members and friends around the city, they continue to provide much need care and support.

The team walked through the homeless camps along the river in an effort to provide on-the-fly care to those who were not at the shelter.
