Cora David

Dr. David is excited to be joining the Missoula community to provide personalized, compassionate veterinary care at Pruyn! She grew up on a hobby farm in western Massachusetts and has lived in many areas of the nation: when two young kittens showed up in the snow back in December 2007, their adventurous faces earned them the names Lewis and Clark--and all these years later, the David pack found their way home to Montana! Dr. David’s pack includes her husband, daughter, two rescue dogs, and six rescue cats. Dr. David received her veterinary degree from the University of Florida with a specialization in Shelter Medicine. Her professional interests include feline medicine, fear-free techniques, grey muzzles (geriatrics), and end-of-life care. In her time outside the clinic, she enjoys rock climbing, mountain biking, skiing, and surfing Brennan’s wave!

Dr. David has earned the Cat Friendly Veterinarian Certificate from the American Association of Feline Practitioners (AAFP). The certificate demonstrates Dr. David’s commitment to advancing the standards of care for cats. The knowledge, skills and best in-clinic practices she achieved provide for better feline-focused care to our clients and patients.
