Dr. Mills earned her veterinary degree at Oregon State University and graduated in 2019. After graduation she moved to Salem Oregon with her husband and started her career at a busy mixed animal practice in Stayton, OR. She practiced veterinary medicine there for 3 years before moving out to Missoula in 2022. 

Dr. Mills has a passion for practicing quality medicine and enjoys all the different aspects of being a small animal practitioner. She enjoys wound care in particular, as well as caring for hospitalized patients and preforming surgery. She believes that nursing a sick animal back to health is one of the most rewarding experiences a person can have. 

Dr. Mills and her husband reside in Missoula with their 2 Toy Australian Shepherds, 2 cats, and 2 chinchillas. She has fully embraced the Montana outdoors lifestyle, as it was one of the main draws for her when considering where to settle down. In her spare time, Dr. Mills enjoys hiking with her dogs, paddle boarding, floating the river, reading, country dancing, and snuggling with her cats. Most weekends she can be found hiking somewhere in the bitterroot.
